Certifciation & Training Feedback
Upon completion of each training topic, delegates receive a certificate that outlines the learning outcomes covered.
We encourage all delegates to complete pre- and post-session knowledge checks, along with course feedback at the end of the training.
All responses are consolidated into a summary report, which is shared with the booking contact to highlight the session’s impact and the value staff gained from the training.
